any small marks or defects, this will be noted in the product description and
the item will be sold at a lower price than normal. Any items which do not meet our standards
will not be listed on the site.
Please read all product descriptions carefully. We sell second-hand clothes, so normal wear and tear is to be expected. Items will not always be in 'as new' condition.
We list all
items according to the sizing on the original manufacturer’s label. Because the
clothes we sell are second-hand, we try to indicate in the product description
whether the item seems smaller or larger than the original sizing suggests it
should be. Given each brand labels and
sizes clothes differently, there may be variations in sizing from brand to

Depending on the size of your order parcel, it will either be
delivered by your local Postwoman, Postman or a courier service. In some cases we can pass your delivery instructions to the delivery agent, in other cases we cannot.
Even if we can pass these details on, we cannot guarantee that the courier or
postal worker will follow those instructions and larger orders may require you
to sign to state you have received them.
If your postal worker cannot leave
your parcel in a safe place, you may be required to collect from your local
post office or courier collection centre. You should receive a note from the delivery company informing you of this and what you need to do.

would normally expect orders to arrive within a few days of being posted,
however it may take up to a week at certain times of the year.

Where your order has been delivered and the items arrive in the condition they were advertised, refunds are offered at our discretion. We may offer you store credit as an

Yes. Families from all over the UK sell second hand baby and kids clothes to us. If you have the right sizes, quantities and quality of clothes, we'll pay for a courier to collect the items from you.
The process is quick and easy and, because we buy every size from Tiny Baby up to 7-8 years, you'll be able to sell all of your clothes to one us in one go. This is normally easier than selling bundles individually on marketplaces and eBay.

Yes. We are occasionally offered donations of clothes from families who want their second hand baby and kids clothes to go to good homes. We always receive these donations extremely gratefully.
