There may be a delay dispatching your order

Since announcing that Katie's Kids Clothes is closing down, we've received a lot of orders in a short space of time (thank you, so much!)

However, this means we have a lot of orders to pack and there may be a delay dispatching you orders over the next few weeks.

All orders will be packed and dispatched in date order, so orders placed now will be sent once all previous orders have been processed.

Please bear with us and thank you again for ordering from our Closing Down Sale.

This page will be updated regularly indicating the number of orders we have left to pack.

Current status

Friday 6th June 2025, 12:00 - we're back to normal now.  Orders are being sent out 2-3 days after they are placed, so there should be no delay to them arriving.

Wednesday 4th June 2025, 17:00 - we're all caught up!  All of the outstanding orders are now picked and packed.  We'll get them to the Post Office for you tomorrow.  Thank you so much for your patience over the last few weeks...  we've picked, packed and sent over 400 orders in just under 4 weeks!

Tuesday 3rd June 2025, 19:15 - we've made good progress and now have just 38 orders outstanding.  We're back in the office tomorrow and will get through as many of these as possible.

Monday 2nd June 2025, 09:15 - we're picking and packing more orders today.  We're starting the day with 73 orders outstanding.

Friday 30th May 2025, 18:15 - another big batch of orders is off to the Post Office.  At the end of the day today we have a total of 47 orders outstanding.  We'll be working hard to get these out to you all early next week.  Thanks for your patience.

Thursday 29th May 2025, 10:00 - we'll be sending more orders before the end of the week.  We currently have a total of 91 outstanding.

Tuesday 27th May 2025, 18:45 - another 47 orders are heading off to the Post Office tonight.  We have 82 orders outstanding and will be sending more later this week.

Tuesday 27th May 2025, 10:00 - we're packing more orders today.  We have 129 outstanding and will be working as hard as possible to catch up.

Friday 23rd May 2025, 09:30 - we're in the office packing more orders today.  We have 165 outstanding and will be sending as many of these as we can today.

Thursday 22nd May 2025, 16:00 - more parcels have been posted off.  We now have 152 orders outstanding, of which 21 orders are already picked and ready to be packed and sent tomorrow.  We'll be packing and sending a load more orders tomorrow as well.

Thursday 22nd May 2025, 08:00 - we're beginning to get through the backlog of orders now and have 176 of them outstanding.  More will be packed and sent today.

Wednesday 21st May 2025, 08:15 - we're starting the day with 186 orders outstanding.  We're packing and sending more today.  Thanks for bearing with us.

Tuesday 20th May 2025, 16:30 - we've made good progress today and have 60 parcels ready to take to the Post Office.  We have 167 orders outstanding and we'll be making more progress with these tomorrow morning.

Tuesday 20th May 2025, 08:15 - we're already in the office packing orders.  We currently have 221 orders outstanding and another huge batch will be posted out later today.

Monday 19th May 2025, 15:45 - we currently have 213 orders outstanding and are just taking 5 postage sacks of parcels to the Post Office.  A further 23 orders have been picked for packing and sending tomorrow, along with as many others as we can get processed.

Monday 19th May 2025, 08:15 - we currently have 236 orders outstanding.  We're picking and packing as fast as we can and more orders will be posted out by the end of the day today. Thanks for your patience.

Friday 16th May 2025, 17:30 - we currently have 182 orders outstanding.  Nearly 40 orders were dispatched earlier today. We already have 30 orders picked and ready to be packed and sent on Monday, along with any others we can get picked too.

Friday 16th May 2025, 13:30 - we currently have 217 orders outstanding.  Of these, 40 are now picked and in the process of being packed.  More orders will be picked this afternoon and posted out by the end of the day.

Thursday 15th May 2025, 16:45 - we currently have 179 orders to pack.  We are working through these as fast as possible.
